The body is

Katie Kepron is a movement teacher, certified life coach, and wellness specialist. What people say, consistently, is that she has a way of making you feel both completely at ease and quietly challenged.
She teaches yoga across Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Ashtanga, and is a certified Pilates practitioner and ALO Yoga Ambassador. Her classes are intentional — every sequence exists for a reason. Nothing is filler.
She's not here to fix you. She's here to remind you that you were never broken.
